When I call someone, my name doesn't show on THEIR caller id
Hello everyone! So I've got an unusual situation here, whenever I call someone from my home phone connected with magicjack, my name never shows up on THEIR caller id. Instead, it just shows my phone number and "Unknown Caller" as a name. Anyone heard of this? It's happenning to my Aunt too after she purchased magicjack for the first time 2 weeks ago. Thanks!

Your name will not appear since MJ's numbers are not in the phone book. A couple of suggestions:
1. Send them a 3 X 5 card with your name and number to those you call so they can put the card by the phone (a little, very lame humor).
2. If the people you call have a memory phone, have them add your name and number to the memory. Your name will likely appear when you call.
