Using MagicJack GO, uninstall old 2020 magicjack.exe on PC?

I don't know if the GO installs a new software, but when I was installing the GO after not having MJ for many years, it seemed like the old software (last dated 2020 when I probably plugged in an old MJ "just for fun") interfered with the GO installation and now trying to access my account - it seems that all the navigation web instructions do not apply to this old software.

I'm thinking EVERYTHING should have been uninstalled BEFORE installing the GO. Maybe now it is too late? (especially since the GO failed during a thunderstorm which I'm going to post in a separate thread of: What do I do now?)

Download an uninstaller program and use that the delete all traces of your previous MJ install. I use Iobit uninstaller and it works fine for me.
