Install keeps rebooting my computer

Hi,
Just purchased the MagicJack. I am running XP with Mcafee Security & FireWall. I plug my phone into the MJ and plug it into the USB Port. It installs fine up to the part were the phone pad comes up on the desktop. It hangs there for 2 Seconds and then the computer Crash's and reboots. 25 attempts, 25 crash's at the same spot. I turned off Mcafee, does not fix it. MJ Support is no help. Has anyone else ran into this Problem, If so, How did you solve the problem?? Please help, I am going to work on this through the weekend before returning the phone.

Do you have SP2 installed for XP? If not, you could download & install SP2 which has some USB fixes. Also you may want to schedule a disk error check/repair to clean out any system disk file errors.
