"Unable to reserve phone number" error when regist

Hi all,

When installing a new magicJack and clicking the "Activate" button near the end of registration, I get the following error message:

Processing Request
This could take a couple of minutes
The following error occured while processing your request: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: Unable to reserve phone number.

I cannot continue past this point.

This occurs both on a Vista SP1 machine and an XP SP2 machine. Both have the latest version of Java. Restarting, removing and replacing the magicJack, switching usb ports, running update.exe, magicfix, etc. all have no effect.

Has anyone seen this error before? Any ideas on how to fix it? Otherwise, I have to return the box since I can't get a phone number. Thanks!
