Conflict with PC Speakers
When I call out I can hear the other person's voice coming through my PC speakers. No sound in the telephone handset and they can't hear me. Any help would be appreciated.
Does your MJ softphone menu show a Switch to Telephone option? If it's not there, or doesn't help, try unplugging the MJ, waiting 30 seconds, plugging it back in. If no luck, reboot PC, If still no luck, report whether Device Manager shows a USB Internet Phone under Sound ..., and whether it's "working properly".

The telepone switch to change from computer speakers won't work. Ind device mgr there is an internet phone (Tiger something?) under sound. It has a yellow flag beside it. I uninstalled it. & have unplugged MJ. Should I completely uninstall MJ (delete registries) or just try to re-boot it with computer boot?

The drivers needed for the "USB Internet Phone by TigerJet" are Microsoft files and not part of the MJ installation. I would suggest: Uninstall device, shut down PC, unplug MJ, boot up, wait for startup complete, reinsert device. If you still get the yellow flag, double-click the entry and report what problem is shown.
Until the problem is resolved, you can use a computer headset or a microphone and speakers. If your computer has Bluetooth, a headset that you would normally use with your cellphone should work well.
