your problem may lie in that vista is using your mj as the default sound device when it is plugged in. you should go to your sound options and be sure that tigerjet isn't labeled as your sound device. also an easy way to find out is just to pick up your phone and press a key. start something on your computer and see if that sound goes through your telephone. if so you definitely need to change the target for your sound. while i know most things about computers, i am a rookie with vista and can't tell you how to get to that option. i am sticking with xp till vista gets more dependable. maybe someone else could point you how to fix this if you dont know how. good luck

Start, control panel, hardware and sound, click on sound, you will see a panel come up, on the playback tab, select another audio device (i.e. speakers) by highlighting, then click the DEFAULT button. a green checkmark will appear by the DEFAULT audio device, click OK and close it.
