Help! Can't receive calls or access voicemail

When I try to access voicemail either thru the Softphone or via an attached phone, all I get are 3 busy tones then it hangs up.
When I or someone else calls my MJ number, either you get a busy signal or a message stating that the call could not be completed as dialed.

I spent hours chatting with tech support with no resolution.
I am running XP SP2.
At their request, I have disabled firewalls on the PC and my Linksys router.
I have also removed any Musicmatch, Roxio, and Sonic software.
I have run magicFix and the upgrade several times.

Can anyone help?
