Okay, I got this error today I have no idea how to fix it and neither does the website. I can't even contact technical support to help me. I wanna strangle magic jack I am sooo angry with this piece of crap. But if anyone can help me out with this little problem I will be grateful to you forever and ever (smile).

Could you please post more details regarding your setup (OS/internet service/etc.).
Where is this message being displayed?

The error is being displayed in the box that looks like a magic jack as it loads up.

I go to my computer i only see one magic jack sign in drive e. and I right click on it and i don't see format. how exactly do i do format?

Have you tried installing it on another PC/Laptop? Preferably XP/SP2.
