Yesterday morning 6-20-08, I noticed I had an error 400 showing on my softphone and it stated to restart MJ.
After rebooting my PC, MJ, checking for updates, running magicfix, the issue was still there. I gave up and left my system up and went to work. Came home and the problem fixed itself. I figure MJ was doing some type of updates to their servers. I know it had nothing to do with my internet connection since I could logon to any other site.
Today, I called into their online tech support. They couldn't tell me what error 400 is, but did say they were doing some upgrades to their servers yesterday. So, this was prob the reason I was getting this error.
I also asked if they have a list of error codes linked somewhere that we can check should we ever see an error pop up and they said No.
