Cannot block my Phone # out

I cannot block my phone number to others to see whom i calling by punch *67 before any number i dial out...
How can i overcome this? On Skype is always shows 001234, or unknown on others CID.
Is it a VOIP trobule or my Magic JAck? Please help me?

I am not sure, but I believe that MagicJack does not have that feature or *69.
