When I use hibernate MJ goes offline. I tried restarting the program but it remains offline. I have to unplug the MJ device or Shut Down to bring it back online.
Otherwise I love MJ, works great.

Hi... I just got a new computer, running Vista SP1... and experience the exact same thing overnight.
Woke up this morning and the MJ was dead. No dial tone to the phone at all. THe blue light was on, and I could interact with the softphone, but even trying to make a call with the softphone failed.
I tried "restart" from the advanced menu and no joy... still no dial tone.
It took a full reboot to restore it.
Has anyone else seen this and what solutions have you come up with?
I am assuming this has to do with the power savings settings, but I am not sure how to get around it.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi, Let me first state that I still occasionally have problems with the phone being usable, but now I believe its a conflict of some sort with the CD burning software, or anything else that "touches" the CD/DVD drives in the system. But, it seems to behave better than before so here is how I changed the Power Settings:
on my PC, a new Dell with Vista Home Premium, I:
Open Control Panel and select Power Options
For the Currently selected Power "Plan" select "Change Plan Settings"
Select "Change Advanced Power Settings"
Then click the "+" Next to "Sleep" to expand it, and then
"+" next to Allow Hybrid Sleep, (make sure its on)
Also - it was recommended to change the "USB Settings"
"USB Selective Suspsend Setting" to the opposite of what you have now
I hope this helps.
