Used MJ to call from USA to Brazil [55]

[font=Arial]Charged up prepaid account minutes to $5.00 through MJ and called outside USA. Call quality very good. When dialing outside USA system prompts amount of minutes left in prepaid account. I am not aware of any fee clipping as talked minutes deleted.

I like it ! In the past we used phonecards which usually have good rates but somehow they fee clip that makes them deplete rapidly. MJ has solved a very big issue for my family!

Sometime in the future we should be calling internationally MJ to MJ.

Have read people complain about MJ poor Customer Service. My opinion is best results to be obtained through this forum. Took the family out to see Pixar WALL-E last night and spent more than a magicjack cost...but then we did get the tub of popcorn!![/font]

Yes! They dont even have a phone to call you. I told them I cannot receive calls, they couldn't even test it. Also I think their Customer service is in India. I chat with CS about 5 times didn't get any help. I figured all the problem by my self. Now MJ works great. If I rate Majic Jack 1 to 10 I will give it a 10/10. If I rate customer service I will give them a 0/10.

Phone cards still better because we can pick one up for 2.5 cents a minute. MJ is .05 cents a minute but soon hopefully we will be calling USA MJ to Brazilian MJ and call will be more free. All in all very impressed with MJ. When I pick up the phone I get a tone. When I make a call it goes through. I have not had a reason to call CS. I am fearful if I ever have to!
