Anyone know where I can find a Glossary for all the acronyms & terms used here? Some of them I have never heard of, so makes it difficult to try some of the things I find here!

Wow, I can relate-- definitely grumpy, and a man, and trying to come to terms with "old"

There is no central glossary of the acronyms used here. Some are standard, many are MJ/VOIP specific, so it can be a bit*h to keep track of what is being said. The folks here have been nothing less than very helpful to my noob inquires.

If you're stuck, just ask, someone will help.

VOIP = Voice Over Internet Protocol
TJ = Tigerjet
CID = Caller ID
SIP = Session Initiation Protocol
ATA = Analog Telephony Adapter

For those who are not familiar with the 'short hand' meanings, this would be a good idea to place them in a 'sticky'
