Wobbly or hesitation in audio:
Sent a MJ to Belize, Central America. My employees in Belize had no problems installing. Have 615 area code for the MJ. When they call by cell in the US, they can hear me with no problem. When they talk to me the audio is wobbly (hel l l oo oo).
Also there is a time delay when we finish speaking in both directions (Belize to US or US to Belize of several seconds.
Any suggestions.

Is the internet provided via satellite on either end? What are the connection speeds? Have you tried www.testyourvoip.com on both ends, to see what they report?
Choppy Audio
It usually means your CPU is getting over used, probably by other applications unless you have a real bad computer. It will eventually go way after the CPU isn't overloaded. I've had it happen at the end of a large WinRAR archive when it's verifying the results. Sometime CCE will do it as well. It's usually a very intense CPU using program that will cause it. Magicjack has an onboard cache device where it store the audio to send and if it can't fill faster then it send you will get that problem. The other device is where the software and registration information is stored. That's why you can plug it into another machine and it will still work. It send a unique ID and your dynamic IP out the via the network to their static IP which then registers you into their system and loads the software.
P.S. - Magicjack WILL work on Windows Server 2003 just like XP AFTER you run MagicFix.
P.P.S. - Some firewalls will interfere with it's operation even when TURNED OFF. iolo Personal Firewall™ is one such piece of software, it was on a friends Windows XP system. Norton, Symantec and McAfee all work fine as does the free NVidia one that comes with some motherboards.

That should help since apparently Magicjack runs primarily as a service instead of an application. It's telling the system to optimize for running services with the highest priority since it is a probably processing issue and not a bandwidth one. You can flood your connection so much that not even 90k is left but most users will not manage it. I've found it to be nearly impossible with a cable modem connection but DSL has a hard limit which can be hit if you do something like download a 500MB video at full speed. That can give the Magicjack less than 90K left to use but it's MUCH rarer than the CPU not keeping up since most people do not download large files while using MJ on a DSL line. You can also try using Ctrl-Alt-Del to change the processes priority manually but that pretty advanced for more casual users to be doing.
I'm always doing it but I'm always tweaking my system and running multiple applications at once which is OK to do so long as you balance the priorities correctly and do not access the same functions from different applications. One application may be copying a file from one HD to another while I'm browsing on the web from and maybe downloading a 100 MB video to yet another HD. I have lots of HDs. I'm waiting for Phenom (Four Athlon 64 CPUs in 1 chip) CPUs to drop in price before I upgrade the motherboard. Those processors a REAL fast. Most operations happen instantly. It feels like my girlfriend Turion 64 X2 laptop is 10-20 times as fast her old Athlon XP PC when using programs like WinRAR. What used to take about a minute on her PC was done before I realized it on her laptop. I guess the point is that "your mileage may vary" quite a bit from machine to machine when it comes to the described problem.

I find WinRAR to be MUCH FASTER on a dual core Turion x64 chip at the same 1.8 GHz speed as my single core Athlon x64 machine. This is just using Windows XP Pro. (x86) not even the x64 version. I do not have an x64 driver for my RAID card so I do not use x64 that much yet. I mostly use Windows 2003 server since it's MUCH more stable than XP. Running MagicFix make MJ work fine on 2003. It's basically NT 5.2 vs NT 5.1 for XP (with the win'98 program support removed from 2003 unlike XP). So, MJ sees the same drivers and is happy. You can get a pretty good AM2/AM2+ motherboard for under $100 but only the X2 CPUs are under $100. The Phenoms run $200 - $250 (if you look around) which is quite a lot more. Same for 1066 DDR2, 800 is a LOT cheaper and nearly as fast.

and try calling different areacodes and exchanges to see if you get anything different.
Try the *69 workaround.
Try reinstalling.
Try going to your task manager and changing the priority of magicjack.exe to "high" or something like that.
Also make sure all of your drivers (especially USB drivers) are up to date.
Try reformatting your magicjack drive.
Try changing your DNS settings.
Allow cookies
Add magicjack.com and talk4free to your trusted sites.

I got same problem - run a 6000+ CPU and still get bad audio
sometimes like Max headroom ( -- Never get this on Skype
so it has to be on there end ... and right .. this happens on
certain codes and not others .. so again .. on there end ..
Who wants to go type at "DEAD chat" for 2 hr's with nothing
done ..
Took 1 hr of typing to get my VW forwarding back ..
Glad I got Skype as a back up

Is it possible for you guys to try a different computer. There is some speculation that older machines may actually work better for the MJ (don't ask me why).
Also, has everyone run the VOIP test (http://myspeed.visualware.com/voip)? This will give you a good indication of quality of your connection.
If your router supports QoS, you will definitely want to investigate that. I tried to get it working in mine but it never really seemed to make an impact but I know others have had success. The only thing that really causes my call quality to deteriorate is when I am DL'ing from the newsgroups and my connection is maxxed out. I finally throttled my NG connection back by 70K and MJ works perfectly.
I am using stroths image on an HP T5700 Thin Client (1Ghz, 1GB Flash, 512Mb RAM) and that stupid little computer handles the MJ just fine. I doubt that these problems are a matter of CPU (unless it is an AMD specific issue).
