Number to Call to check on Order Status?
Hi,
Ordered a magic jack 10 days ago. Starting to worry.
Is there some phone # I can call to check on my order status? Every time I try the chat it says please come back M-F 9-5.
Even though that is when I am trying to chat. So aggravating...

I only got one email from them that includes:
Order Description: magicJack
order number 924-xxxxxxx
Invoice ID: 70xxx
That's it, well Ok guess I will give them till end of the week. I ordered a laptop from newegg on December 23 and got it Dec. 28th.
So the whole its Christmas thing is over blown... That's the excuse they use when something is late...

Did you get your order fulfillment email?
When I ordered mine, it was on a Thursday night. I got an almost instant confirmation email, and I think Saturday morning I got an fulfilment email. I received it the next Saturday.

The only email I have got about it is from paypal with the subject "Receipt for Your Payment to magicJack LP". So they have my money.
And I have no product. Never got a single email from magicjack themselves and if I dont hear from them shortly I'm going to be filing fraud charges with not only paypal but with my bank.
I ordered it on Dec. 20th, not a clue what time of day but I got the above payapl email on 2/21/07 08:37 PM .
So not I have not got a order fulfillment email of any kind..

Have you checked your PayPal account to see if MJ has completed their end of the transaction. I understand PayPal took your money, but MJ has to pick it up from PayPal. Well just tried chat again after finally getting the damn thing to "work" all I get is:
All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.
Waited 2 hours and same thing until I finally got the message that chat is now closed.
And still not a single response to any of my emails, I've even emailed them from different accounts with different providers to be sure it was not an email issue.

Sorry to here about this bad service, but sometimes they aren't open on the weekend. The best time i get them is during working hours throughout the week. You may want to try tomarrow.war59312 wrote:It says it has cleared.

Wow, looks like someone (Richard) reads these forums as I finally got a reply from him, and even better.
I just found out that my damn brother got it today without telling me.
I just made a few calls with it and working pretty good.
Oh and it turns out it was UPS's fault, figures. It was shipped on 12/21 so took 16 days when it should have been five.
That's why I never ship UPS!!
