Some businesses can't call

I have heard from several businesses that I have given my magicjack number to say that they can't call it. My wife tried from her work and cannot call it either. Does anyone have or heard of this problem? Thanks for any input, Scott

How long have you had your MJ number?
Can you get no incoming calls or is it just one area code?
Give somemore details.

Depending on area code and prefix location, they may have to enter a 1 before the area code to call you

We have had it for about two months. It is area code 502, which is local and from what I can tell it is local businesses have this problem calling us. Otherwise it has its normal quirks, but seems to work fine overall. I will try adding a 1 to see what happens. Thanks, Scott
