Help!! MJ VM allows a 2 second message to be left

Anyone know of a problem with MJ VM that would cause it to only allow callers to leave a 2 second (if that) message? I get the notifications just fine but they are always 0:00 long. This worked at one time. Any advice would be great

Oh, my kingdom for such a problem. I wouldn't have to worry about those long winded messages that don't say anything. Have you tried the tech chat to see if your voice mail needs to get reset?
