I tried installing a new magicJack on my Intel iMac this morning. It wouldn't load the registration page or launch the softphone. An online customer support person had me install the device on a Windows machine, which went okay. But when I put it back on the iMac, it still wouldn't work (I got a dial tone, but couldn't make calls and no softphone)
The tech person said they've been having problems with Macs and I should try back in 24 hours.
Any ideas from Mac users? Thanks...

UPDATE: Mac making calls but can't receive any
UPDATE: The magicJack software started working Sunday on my iMac and I can make outgoing calls. But I can't receive any. I suspect it's a firewall/portp problem. Customer service says you need to open UDP ports 5060 and 5070. Has anyone figured out how to do that on a Time Capsule? In fact, has anyone using a Mac been able to receive calls at all?
