Message from Dan Borislow- Technical Chat BETA

Post by laserjobs »

I have received a number of reply's to my last email, suggesting Technical Chat would be the best choice to offer all of our customers. This will be in addition to Sales Chat.I have always believed the "customer knows best" when it comes to many issues. In order to reach a happy median for all, this will be implemented.

We are going to try this experiment as of today, and offer technical One on One Chat.We are hoping this to be our ultimate solution and be able then to offer the right kind of Forum and Topics.I will keep you current on the feedback and future plans.

We will also offer a search of the Q and A on the site and hope that makes your time with us more productive. We will add additional Q and A that we learned about from the Forum, and this is why I thought the forum was and is important, for all of us to learn.Soon we will analyze your search questions to learn what other answers you are looking for.We will strive to continually upgrade these processes.

I have answered every email sent to me and will continue to do [email protected]

Thanks for your continued help in making this the best service possible, and we are listening to you.

I agree one and one is not as good as posting in the Forum.

The magicJack staff doesn't want negative comments in Forum is my wild guess.

My guess is negative comments might hurt sales.

there is a difference between negative comments about a product and the pointless bashing that had been going on the last week or so that the forum was up. i certainly wouldn't want those types of comments in a chat where i was trying to get a problem solved.

And I suspect that you have just laid your finger on the exact cause of the shutdown of the official forum.

I really don't care about....

what a bunch of FCB's had to say. My MJ has hickupped a few times, SO WHAT. NOTHING IS PERFECT. Most of the bitching was just that. Some people are never happy. I just took the negative comments and filed them under bulls***.

(Even when what was stated was 100% accurate because Dan and his pals would never hide the truth about the flaws of the MJ product from the public. Uh huh.)
