I just got this today activiated the two MJ and i will be using one as a fax (FAX WORKS FOR ME SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMMENTS ABOUT FAX DOES NOT WORK). both of them work with no problem when plugged into a a XP OR OSX machine but when i plug it to the server (SMS 2003) notting happens. it doesnt even come up (IS NOT THE USB PORTS THEY ALL WORK AND THE MJ WORKS WITH NO PROBLEM ON ANYOTHER MACHINE). I would like to know how thie device work or plain and simple how i make this work on the server as the server is on 24/7.

one will be plugged in and be using as a fax
and the other one plugged in to the other server will be used as spare phone line.
How can i get this to work on Windows server 2003

One problem is that on Server the device is not going to "autoplay" like it would under XP. Try double clicking the MJ drive icon that should appear after plugging in the device. Remember too that you must log in as administrator. I would also highly recommend that you read the sticky for running an MJ as a service that is posted in the Tips, Tricks, and Hacks forum. There is much useful info posted there that you probably will find helpful in getting setup under server 2003.
