FORGOTTEN Password & E-mail! but the device works on PC

I have been given a MagicJack by a friend, who is travelling around and it is impossible to track him down!!
My MagicJack is activated on my PC (it recognises the device as it has its 10 digit number) BUT I have absolutely
no idea what the Password and e-mail is!? The MagicJack is on the 30 day trial period, so time is running out!!
I am prepared to purchase the extended time BUT to do this, it asks me for MY ORDER number (I didn't order it!)

PLEASE can someone advise me? I tried to get an answer through their official site, but there is NO customer support!

If you're on the 30 day trial, you can relax as you still have 11 more months to worry about finding your friend because he's already paid for the first year.
