Softphone cannot be accessed

Hello All!

I was trying to connect MagicJack to my computer.

At first it installs some upgrades into my computer and after the installation when I try to access the softphone, I am not able to open that.

I was trying to make calls, it is not going thru. Also when I called to my magicjack number, it is going directly to voicemail. I was able to access my voicemail thru my email.

I don't understand the problem. Could anyone help me, please

Are you using it with a non powered USB hub? If so try plugging it in directly to the computer's USB port, or get a powered USB hub.

If that doesn't apply: remove the MJ from your USB port and reboot your computer. Then after everything has restarted, plug it in again.

Also, Roxio and Nero are incompatible with MJ, so you may want to look into that as well.
