can't get messages

[font=Comic Sans MS] [/font][size=12] [/size][color=black] [/color]I dial my number, wait for my message, put the astiric, and put my code in. It says not right code. I try again, except this time all I get is a dial tone. It never gets to my voice message. What am I doing wrong?
