I don't know why, but my MagicJack account, under ACCOUNT INFORMATION, says "This magicJack has been blocked." My number is supposed to be active until April 2009. I cannot make outbound calls. However, my account shows my calls are forwarded to my cellphone number.
I tried contacting MagicJack customer service. However, getting in touch with MagicJack customer service is almost impossible. The one time I was able to get live support, the customer support person forced me to go through the same tests I which I had already traversed 3 times!!! He didn't stop to listen to my problem... When the pre-programmed tests did not work, he suddenly disappeared - the chat session was terminated. I have not been able to get in touch with a customer service person since...
I will be forced to recoup my money via my credit card company..
