It is clear that MJ uses sip for the calls. Does anyone know how can we call a MJ phone using sip instead of calling its phone number?
Currently we are using viatalk and viatalk provides incoming calls through sip which is really cool. I hope MJ supports it.
If anybody how to call MJ through sip please let me know.

MJ does not permit inbound URI calling because it conflicts with its ability to keep prices down.
One of the ways that MJ defrays the cost of service is by applying the money they receive from revenue settlement with all of the phone companies calling in to MJ phone numbers. If you bring a call to an MJ customer any other way, MJ loses out on this revenue. Too much of this and our prices go up.
