can't call out get busy signal

Well I can't call out to most phones. Generally it seem I can receive calls but when I call out it rings once then i get a busy signal but the phone that I'm calling actually rings. I just can't talk with them. If I call an automated system like movie phone and such it works. but I think it's because it doesn't ring the movie phone systems pickup right away. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Same kind of issue I've been having for about a week with some cellular phones. Here's what I've tried from this group & the MJ C/S..

thanks, I was starting to think no one is going to reply. It starting working again but at least now because of your link I know what the problem was. I was using my cell phone with the sprint airrave which in a sense kinda of counts as out of it's network because I found alot of normal stuff I was able to do doesn't work as expected while I was on it. I guess it wasn't a coincidence that it's working now after I turned the airrave off.

As of this morning... It's WORKING AGAIN!!!!
I was able to connect with the cell phone & they were able to call me back.
Hope it's working for everyone else now too... I'll post if it stops again.
