Intermittent 911 and Ads

I have been having some problems getting MJ to work normally.

I am running XP pro w/SP 3. Whwn MJ is coming up I get the splash screen and then:

Starting magicJack, please wait... and the tracking bar stops at about 75% completion Then about 80% of the time I get the screen
saying magicJack has encountered a problem.... If I click on Don't send the session shuts down. If I drag the message to the bottom of the screen, I can use MJ as normal but there are no ads or 911 number listed. The remaining times MJ works and I get the ads and 911 number.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Are you using IE8 beta 2

WARNING...USE WITH CAUTION>>>I tried IE8 beta 2 and it completely fouled my XP PRO SP3 operating system machine. It took me about four hours to get back to normal operation with IE7.
