can not complete landlines calls

I have talked to three C S reps no help. talk to IPS comcast no results. When I dial the phone rings,but when they pickup I can't hear them and they don't hear me. HELP PLEASE!!!

Did you change phones? Some landline phones suck too much power out of the MJ device and don't work well.

What kind of firewall or router are you using? That could be your problem.
