Please help me. Do you know how I can fix it?
Thanks for any help.
My magicjack's audio is so bad I am unable to hear on it.

1) Plug the Magic Jack directly into your USB port without using the extension that comes with it. Make sure the Magic Jack is FULLY inserted into the USB port.
2) Right Click on "My Computer" either in your start menu or on your desktop and select "Properties" > "Advanced" Tab > Under "Performance" click on "Settings" > "Advanced" Tab > Under "Processor Scheduling" choose "Background Services". Press "OK" and restart your computer.
3) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys all together and under the "Processes" tab > Right click on magicjack.exe and then "Set Priority" to "Above Normal".
4) Make sure nothing is actively running taking up CPU time when you are making phone calls. If you use your computer or if something is actively running while you are on the phone.. you will hear clicks and audio skipping at times.
If none of those work for you then:
A) Try a different USB port.
B) Try a different phone.
C) Buy a powered USB hub. They're cheap.
See if any of those help you... I'm assuming you're getting choppy and skipping voices/audio. Maybe some drop outs? Yes?
