Magicjack drops calls...

Hi,

Just looking for a little help here before my wife tosses the MJ.

1.) When we place calls or receive them the MJ will stay connected for about 5- 10 minutes and then just drop the call.

2.) There is a constant clicking on the phone during the calls. It is ALMOST every call (incoming or outgoing).

3.) Sometimes it will not drop a call, but send the person to hold music during the call & other times the VM will not pick up and sends them to music.


I have searched the forum and found some help, but not specifics. Thanks for all the help guys and I appreciate this forum and all the great advice!

I've had the same problems!

-Sometimes the cal would simply drop after a few mins.
-Whenever i talk on the phone i often hear as if someone has pushed a number, the other party does not hear anything.
- I get weird VM's after i talk on the phone... the last one was of some sort of radio.

Pleasehelp!
