call out problem

Does anyone know why when I place a call from my MJ.. the receiver of my call hears the ring and answers the phone they dont hear anything it is really annoying some of my friends. , but on my MJ end I hear nothing I dont hear the phone ring I dont hear them answer. This only happens sometims not all of the time. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

Yep been doing this to me also .. just ONE more problem ...

Wish MJ Eng's would get with Skype and learn something !

I checked into my computer and found that my computer was set on hibernate.. so I disabled it. dont know yet if that will help.. I will let you know.
