A friend of mine has a magic jack when ever she plugged it in her pc and tried to use it she is getting a lot of echos from incoming and outgoing calls. I called her and could not even hear anything she was saying very bad. I told her to give me the magic jack i will try it at my house and the jack worked very well , great with no problems . can anyone help with this problem?

What does she use for a handset? A real phone attached to the MJ's phone jack or a PC headset or PC's builtin speaker & microphone? If you use a real phone or PC headset echo is usually not there. If you use the PC's speaker & microphone setup then there will be a lot of echo. Use either PC headset or a real phone to prevent echo.
