Same here (area code 512). Mine has been dead for over 12 hours. Has anyone got through to tech chat yet? I tried last night and no one was there. Not sure what the tech chat hours are.

I tried last as well. I tried again this morning, but they're closed it seems.

I wonder how you change proxy servers?

I was having a similar problem. It turned out to be the Sunbelt Kerio firewall. I uninstalled Kerio and now am using Zone Alarm with no problems.
