Problem in retrieving voice msg in GC via e-mail

Hello:

I have problem in retrieving Voice msgs in GC from my e-mail. I see a new e-mail for each message and I notice the length of msg is 0.0 most of the time and when I click Play button in that e-mail I hear nothing.
I have no problem in retrieving msg in GC website: log into GC- Inbox and Caa Log screen and click on the Play button. It works. good quality sound.

I wonder if anyone have a similar problem and I can get over this. Any help will be appreciated.

That happens when someone hangs up right after the "beep" sound in your voicemail kicks in. The system records a "message" that really contains no recorded sound. Automatically delete any recording that have 0.0 sound lenght.
