Hey, after contacting magicjack that i had a broke magicjack they sent me a new replacement.... The packaging looks way different then the hard to open plastic it used to come in....Is this just because it was a replacement

B) They don't put good cameras in a $300 krzr
The new packaging is what I got when I ordered mine near the end of December. Probably saves on packaging & shipping expense. I almost threw it out when I received it - figured it for just some junkmail! I was looking more for a cardboard box.
