Error code 400 Restart your magicjack

I am a new user. I installed yesterday and registered. I installed the vista upgrade. I have a dial tone and when i dial out a message appears under my phone number "waiting for proxy registration" then the dial tone starts again and a message comes up "Please restart your magicjack and try again"
I have restarted many times in the menu and manually. Still no results.

Anyone have a solution? :D :?:

Not sure if this is your problem, but you might want to check this. Make sure that your usb root hubs are not in the power management mode. ( Allow the computer to turn this device off to save power).

Thanks for the reply Thunder.
my power management is set at high performance. I am using evdo and my speed ranges from 2.1mbps - 900kbps and upload is 140kbps - 900kbps.
I cannot make calls: get message waiting for proxy registration then error 400 restart
When using landline to call my mj number I get fast busy signal.
I even disabled my firewall (yikes!) Then I configured a manual firewall and enabled all requests by mj.
Stell no luck. I am hoping this will be resolved monday during office hours. Maybe I should have picked a better number. I am in Canada and I picked a random Alabama, Troy (334) 403-xxxx.
Maybe I should of picked NYC or LA.
I am being patient. :)
