MagicJack with No Light

I connect Magicjack to USB port and it detect in WinXp / Vista but no blue light and call Windoes does not come up. Also Upgrade does not work.

if you're not getting the "blue light" from the dongle, chances are, the dongle may have a defective main chip.

I have to look again to make sure, but i think the blue light is activated from that main "magic chip" output, when the computer "sees" it.
