A friend is having problem registering his magic jack. He was able to fill out his email address and his address but he is not getting a phone #. When the App. came up keep saying your number is 000 000 000.
any Ideas guys.

I have seen this on a number of MJs after upgrades ... Sorry, I don't have a scientific answer -- just (like a lot else about MJ) a lot of patience and eventually it "magically" did the right thing (sorry for the pun

There is a new software upgrade on the website. Don't know why they don't announce these things...and it is not really that noticeable. Tech support suggests that everyone should download and run this fix.

You do realize that, if you install this on a another computer, like a public computer...it leaves some software?
