Hi, I'm new with a MJ
I just bought one for my parents in Flordia.
Their account say's they are paid up for a year, their account is to expire Nov 19, 2009. (info taken from their MJ account, I created)
Yet they now can't make any call's and my Mom tells me she's getting a message that say's her 30 free trial is over.
Is there something I can do to get them up and running again?

Have you tried the live chat option at the MJ website? If they can't resolve it, then your only option is to dispute the charge with your credit card company, and buy another unit to see if MJ's backend processes work better.

Did you CONFIRM your email address? If you don't go into your email and click on the link then I believe they will terminate your account or something like that. Atleast that is what they threaten to do when you sign up. So I confirmed the second I got it registered to eliminate that possibility.

Your only chance is tech support, and if that doesn't work email Dan the inventor. I am sure he will help you get back up and running, he's a pretty cool guy. He even responded to me himself!
