I just sent a MajicJack overseas and when my brother-in-law plugged the MJ into the USB port of his desktop (Win XP Pro SP2 with dual processors) nothing happened. The autorun feature didn't kick off.
When he browses Windows Explorer, he sees the 2 MJ drives (CD drive and the removable disk drive) but both drives are completely empty. Has anyone ever run into this problem before? Any ideas on a workaround?
I'll try to get screenshots to share with everyone.
MajicJack won't install. Please help.

When will people finally realize that Nero not only causes lots of conflict with other programs but the software itself is terrible to use. For a great burning software get 1-Click DVD to burn. Also for a complete package that will not only copy movies and music but will convert the films from any format to a burnable, watchable DVD, get the best out there-Convert X To DVD and their other program called Copy To DVD-These programs work great with all other software. No conlict ever! You can burn a movie to DVD in a matter of minutes while gabbing away on your free phone-! It's all free baby!(well not the software, unless you know what to do)

Nero
Wish I had known about this forum last week.
I spent about 4 hours on line with the Magic Jack tech support, who were pleasant enough, but couldn't figure out this problem. Finally, my local computer techie guy told me to uninstall "InCD" of the Nero program, and Magic Jack loaded up immediately, and has worked perfectly ever since.
In Add and Delete Programs, go to "InCD", uninstall, reboot computer, plug in Magic Jack. No problems after that.
The rest of Nero is OK, you don't have to remove that in order for Magic Jack to work.
What a great little tool. Anyone with a PC is crazy not to own one of these.
