Thin Client Question

I am new to the concept of using a thin client. I am interested in purchasing a thin client to free my laptop of my magicJack. I saw a thin client for sale with the following specs. Will this work "as is" without adding or upgrading anything? I will only use it for my magicJack, and nothing more. It comes pre-configured with magicJack software. Will this basically be plug & play for me? Will this work with the latest MJ upgrade?

HP/Compaq-T5000 Series T5710
Processor Type TM8600
1200MHZ 512MB ATA Flash
512MB Memory (upgraded)
Windows XPe Installed[/b]
