Will not start

have been using using magic jack for about 3 months was working fine. I had the update from December and was still working fine then about dec. 29 it stop working not sure why. when i click on the magic jack icon on the desktop it says now magic jack wont work with my version of window.
my version that is list is: win9x 4.10 build 67766446 [3.0]
any help would be helpful thanks in advance with any tips

You had it running on Win9x? That's amazing, it has never supposed to have worked on that. Requires XP.
