no dialpad window

Was using magicJack for about twomonths with no problems and I had to reformat my hard drive and wiped everything from my hard drive and reinstalled windows (XP)
I plugged in Magicjack to the USB port and XP picked it up and installed it but now I have no dialpad window nor can I make or receive calls yet I have a dail tone :? I have upgraded everything and I have uninstalled magicjack and reinstalled magicjack and still nothing.
PLEASE HELP!
