Ihave the fudgen problem with MagicJoke when the update of 27-12-2008 !
Before with old versions my cordless phone work fine before now it's impossible to use it !
I try all resistor, USB power I try twice to have help from the live chat service nothing I tried the update from old versions and my phone work fine but the problem is the fucken softphone AUTOUPDATE with the fudgen version trouble 1,80.466...... 17-12-08 THAT IS THE PROBLEM !
THE PROBLEM IS SOFTWARE DON'T BUG anybody with resistor, usb or other gadget SOFT WARE S O F T W A R E !!!!!
I am frustrated from magicjoke service nobody want to help and always the technician from MJ don't know the problem and I said always to the Tech and I repeat always the software is the problem ! He laugh ! GOOD SERVICES !
I don't want to change my cordless phone for MJ I paid much money for my Panasonic phone and I don't spend more money !
IF someone on this forum can help us with inteligent answers you are welcome but please STOP bug me with rediculus answer like resistor or USB ! If you can stop the autoupdate let me know I will try anything SOFTWARE NO HARDWARE !

try resistor
Try the defrost method to downgrade your software, put in microwave for 25 secs on defrost this will melt the reset into place and revert your software to defaults and fix your issues. WARNING USE Defrost not Cook, Defrost heats the reset filament into default mode.
