I was a little shocked to see that Magic Jack LP has 822 complaits with the BBB, could all those pepole be wrong : roll:

The number is 922 in total, actually.

And for the second time in my life ever, I've filled out a complaint to the BBB. I truly wish I didn't have to; but that's what is in place when your grievances go unanswered for 4 weeks.
