Windows Updates - XP - finds new Hardware for Tigerjet

When I did a XP custom updates Windows Updates found TigerJet update under Hardware. I think the update datestamp is 2006. It says the hardware the MJ has, the one it install initially is 2001. It did work fine the way it was then I upgraded to the Winows Update datestamp 2006 Hardware. Is still works the same just courious if someone else did this.

I saw the same optional update, but I had no compelling reason to update it. If there turns out to be some benefit for you, I would like to know.

beware tho, I installed this update (works no problems) but then I was curious to rollback to the original driver and MJ wouldn't work. MJ told kept telling me MJ not inserted into USB.

but in all other words I use this and it works great
