fadeing out

at my home pc it works fine but I went to a friends house now when I call someone I can hear them just fine but they say I keep breaking up
I did all the tec support three times now still not working have vista here

If it's choppy and garbled, there is a wiki FAQ entry describing how to potentially improve that condition. You could try following that, and report back your results here.

I just fade out and then it comes backs whne it works It sounds fine

You might try the choppy/garbled voice wiki FAQ entry.

Maybe also change the proxy your MJ connects to (to see if it's specific to the proxy) as described in the wiki FAQ entry.

And, if you're using a handset, I would disconnect the handset and use the softphone with a headset to isolate whether the problem is specific to MJ, or to your USB/device/phone.

still not working been chatting with tecs at mj with no fix
