New ATA no voicemail Fixed

I got a Linksys PAP2T to work with MJ. All works except the voicemail. I pickup phone I get the stutter tone I dial my number, press * it asks for pasword, I enter password then it says password invalid. Is possible that I enter my password wrong, not sure I do remember it correctly....1234 does not work. So at this stage I do not know if is the ATA or I forgot my password which would be my fault.....if i did is there a way to reset it ?.....I would need to try that first. Any ideas ?

P.S. There is no email in my Inbox about a voicemail....

Last night my voicemail wouldn't pick up at all. This morning it picked up, but when I gave the correct password, it claimed it was invalid (both the regular one, and 1234). A few hours ago, it started working properly with my regular password. So wait a while, hopefully it will start working again.

Unplug the ATA. Attach your magicjack to your computer and dial your voicemail. Input your password. That'll tell you if you have the right password or if there is a problem with the ATA.
