Choppy sound on PAP2T

I am experiencing choppy sound on PAP2T.
Does anyone knows why??
Is it to do with MJ servers?

I have tried resetiing the routers and putting info again but same problem??

i had choppy sound with my ATA, then i entered the outbound proxy info and that solved the problem.
