I've had my MJ for 6 months ,it works fine initially and now I am facing a serious problem. When I make a call, I can hear the other person voice but they can't hear my voice. I used upgrade and magicfix but it didn't resolve the problem.
It looks funny that If I take out and put it back MJ daily atleast once from the system then it works for that whole day.Nex Day I am having the same problem.
Can anybody suggests me the permanent solution for this.
I am using Verizon DSL and Dell PC.
Please help me

MJ seems to be changing things right now. You may want to just safely remove and reconnect the device to fix the problem for awhile, and see if the problem clears up on its own.
Otherwise you could start all the diagnosis steps described on the wiki FAQ, such as trying a headset instead of a handset; a different handset; bypassing your router to see if your router causes the problem (but, there are dangers in doing this); changing your proxy; checking if your mic volume is turned up, etc.
If it were me, and you can resolve the problem just by restarting MJ, I would wait awhile and see if it clears up.
